Green500에서 TOP500의 시스템은 소비 전력 와트당 HPL 벤치마크에서 얼마나 많은 계산 성능을 제공하는지에 따라 순위가 매겨집니다. 이 전력 효율은 기가플롭/와트 단위로 측정됩니다. 아직은 전력효율보다는 성능만을 보는 슈퍼컴퓨터이지만, 다행히 이런 순위도 점점 중시하고 있어서 다행입니다. 안그러면 그냥 마구 때려넣어서 크게만 만들려고 할테니까요.
