중국다운 이름인가요? 패라데이 - 페라리. 회사는 테슬라를 따라하고 전기차의 페라리를 꿈꾸고. (수정: 패라데이라는 분이 있었네요. 역시 따라쟁이)

Jia Yueting은 LeTV의 창업자인데 스티브 잡스를 동경하고 따라쟁이로 유명하다고 합니다. 그가 이제 테슬라 엘론 머스크 따라쟁이로 변신하려는 걸까요? 비공개된 data라 정말인지는 모르지만, 소문에는...

그가 LA Gardena에 Faraday 회사를 세웠고, 지금은 $1B를 투자해서 공장도 지을 계획인가 봅니다. 회사이미지도 있으니 당장 자신의 이름을 드러내지 않는게 좋겠다는 전략일수도 있겠지요.

사람을 뽑는 분야도 테슬라랑 많이 겹치는 것 같습니다. 아래 Richard Kim이라는 분은 한국 분이신것으로 보입니다.

2017년에 첫번째 자동차를 내는 것이 목표라고 하는데... 어쨋든 사람도 많이 뽑고 잘 됐으면 좋겠습니다.

BEIJING — He emulates Steve Jobs' fashion sense but loves to brag that his company has already surpassed Apple in areas including design, craftsmanship, hardware and business models.

His company — which is involved in film production, "smart" TVs, video streaming, mobile phones, bicycles and more — has been called the "Netflix of China."

Last year, he put Tesla in his crosshairs.

"We will build the best electric cars to solve the problems of air pollution and traffic jams in China," Jia Yueting wrote on his Chinese microblog.

Jia, chairman and founder of Leshi Internet Information & Technology Co., also known as LeTV, is linked to the Faraday Future electric car startup based outside Los Angeles. Incorporation papers for Faraday list Chaoying Deng — who runs a Leshi movie-business affiliate in the U.S. — as Faraday's chief executive.
